ECL Care Solutions work very hard to deliver your order promptly and aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving your payment.
With most orders we aim for your product to reach you within 5 working days from when we dispatch your order. However due to Covid, there may be mitigating circumstances beyond our control where deliveries maybe delayed.
If your delivery has not arrived within 10 working days of you receiving your order confirmation, please contact email@example.com in first instance with your purchase order number and details.
Once we have received your query, it will be escalated to our dedicated customer service team who aim to provide a response to you within 2 working days. In the event of a delay to your delivery we will update you with a new delivery date or recommend an suitable alternative product.
For any product returns in first instance please log into your ECL Care Solutions account where you can generate a return request.
Once we have recieved your request we aim to deal with your claim within 2 working days.
